We will try our best to remove stains, however this cannot be guaranteed, but in most circumstances it is removed or at least reduced. We will predict the chances of removing each stain before starting the job. This can depend on the type of stain, how long the stain has been there, whether it has been walked on etc.
Dry cleaning is another way of cleaning carpets, this method means NO drying times so the carpet can be walked on straight away. This product is suitable for most carpets and is often used in offices, care homes etc.
Urine removal can be removed using wet extraction, only if the fibre construction of the carpet allows for this. After extraction we will apply a neutrilising agent to the area.
On arrival we will remove a small sample of the fibre to test which kind of fibres the carpet is made of, check for colour bleeding and check for other possible issues.
