• We carry insurance for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction.  If something was not cleaned the way that you expected please let us know and we will do our best to put things right.  

• During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all pets like the sound of vacuums.  Please let us know  ahead of our visit if you have pets. 

• This can vary depending upon the size of the job and how dirty the item being cleaned is.
• Most carpet jobs are completed within two hours.

• This will depend on how many people live in the property, and if there are pets in the property, but we would suggest once a year.

• Our cleaners are more then willing to move items where possible but will not be able to move heavy items due to  health  and safety reasons. We suggest moving items before we visit.

• We are more than willing to move lighter items to carry out the jet washing project, however every job is different and some items we can't move due to health and safety. For the best results we suggest moving heavy items with a friend if possible before we arrive.
• Please note we will need access to a water supply on site.

• Keep upholstery away from direct sunlight to avoid fading
• Place furniture 10 feet away from vents and fireplaces
• Rotate your upholstery cushions weekly
• Vacuum regularly 
• Consider adding protective coverings
• Avoid leaving newspaper on upholstery
• Avoid eating and drinking on the upholstery

 Most if not all manufactures of carpet will recommend getting carpets cleaned yearly.

Getting carpets cleaned yearly will increase the life of the carpet.

Ask the company 5  simple questions.

1. Are they a member of the NCCA, National Carpet Cleaners Association? 
2. Are they fully insured?
3. Are they DBS checked? 
4. Do they use professional equipment?
5. Do they have a website?

The honest answer is no, but we will tell you the chances of 100 % removal. However the stain should be reduced, sometimes fully removed. It is standard practice to ask the customer to sign a waiver before trying to remove any stains.

All cleaning methods are designed to produce good results and each has its place within the industry. Some methods use more water, whereas others more mechanical action. The most important factor is whether the cleaning technician has the required training to carry out the cleaning properly and safely.
