Cancellations Policy

We ask that should you, the Client, need to cancel your scheduled cleaning service you contact OneStop Cleaning Solutions by phone 07855 575622 or text with no less than 24 hours notice.

This allows  OneStop Cleaning Solutions to reschedule appointments for the forthcoming day.

If you need to rearrange for an alternative day please book this in when cancelling.

We reserve the right if cancellation is not within 24 hours of your booking to charge 100% of the cost, this is down to the discretion of the Directors.
